Strike: FG says varsities will reopen soon

By Opeyemi Babalola The federal government, on Wednesday, said that the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) will soon be called off.  This is according to the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige, who said this after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja. HEOFA lauds NUC on curriculum review in varsities
