UTI Campus Reporters’ Club Inaugurated at The University of Lagos, Nigeria.

The inaugural meeting of the University Times International Campus Reporters’ Club was held recently at The Mass Communication Department of the University of Lagos.

The core members of the club comprise four Ph.D. students and five undergraduate students, who are mainly workers of the UNILAG SUN, The department’s student newspaper.

Prof. Akinfeleye serves as ‘General Overseer’ of the club, while Kabir Alabi Garba, a doctoral candidate, serves as coordinator. Other members are Shaibu Husseini, Akodu Kehinde Peter and Foustino—all doctoral students. The undergraduate members are Ogunleye Abiola, Oluwatukesi Oritsetsemaye, Awosika Emmanuel and Talabi Abisola.

The University of Lagos group joins other universities across The United States, Europe, Asia, and the rest of Africa that have inaugurated their University Times International Campus Reporters’ Clubs.
